Dr. Norris and Dr. Kjelstrup are Portland Dermatologists who provide expert care for individuals with skin concerns ranging from general medical dermatology to surgical care for skin cancer. Dr. Norris & Dr. Kjelstrup strive to exceed your expectations through treatment that is personalized and innovative. We treat all ages of patients including both adults and children.
Dr. Norris was voted one of the Top Doctors in Portland. She has a special interest in Skin Allergies and patch testing. She is Assistant Professor, in Dermatology at OHSU working with residents and medical students in the Dermatology Department. She is the Director of the patch test Contact Clinic at Oregon Health Sciences University.
Dr. Sissel Kjelstrup is a Board Certified Portland Dermatologist who joined our Portland dermatology team in 2012. Dr. Kjelstrup is well respected in the dermatology community and is an accomplished Portland Dermatologist. She has practiced dermatology in the Portland area since 1994. Along with our caring, dynamic team Dr. Kjelstrup & Dr. Norris serve the greater Portland area as well as SW Washington.
